IN THE BEGINNING
It all started in the spring of 2016 after the football season was over. Judd loved to make his ribs and BBQ and David loved coming over to watch football and eat it . They would switch venues and David would cook his juicy steak tips along with them both experimenting with different snack ideas.
Both of them being entrepreneurs, they decided to launch their new venture and put their cooking expertise to work for them.
Travelin’ Bones food truck was born!
Judd Cohen - Pit master
Judd grew up in his father's Jewish delicatessen on the North Shore of Massachusetts where he learned how to cook. He went on to take over the business expanding into Boston.
After being away from the food business for 24 years he knew it was time to start cooking again and bring his passion to the food truck world.

David Romanoff - The Mastermind! David has been a longtime entrepreneur and involved in many endeavors throughout his illustrious career. He brings a wealth of knowledge and business expertise to the enterprise. David is fast becoming known for his amazing French Fries and Jalapeno Poppers. If you haven’t tried them yet you just don’t know what you are missing! David will keep you smiling while you wait with his dry wit…there is never a charge for the entertainment!
